I am not aware of any such arrangement, but they will tell you at check-in if this is in place (and please let us know here). Broadly speaking this facility is for BA customers travelling First to Cape Town.



As mentioned above, it's the same as the CCR, see the Forum Dashboard. The T5 Flounge options remain available since that is what most passengers in the lounge will be eating.
