Shuttle by United (later United Shuttle) - Correct! Yep, I sure did.....

Reno Air - Correct! They briefly operated nonstop MD-80 service to RNO.

And that leaves us with just five (5) more airlines that operated mainline jet equipment into BUR in the past to be identified.....
