I posted almost the identical question in the BA earnings thread brp, and it's not clear to me either. Is it 50% or 12.5%? The source of my confusion is the same as yours --the parenthetical words elite qualifying. I wonder if "(elite qualifying)" is a mistaken holdover from an earlier chart?

That's what I would have thought had it not said (elite qualifying) on what would be presumed to be the RDM multiplier. But this is what I'm thinking as well, despite that.
