I had a flight yesterday that pushed me over PM - landed around 10:30am PST, MQMs posted around 4 or 5pm PST (usually only takes ~hour after landing, but probably took longer because of the status change) and it showed I was PM pretty soon afterwards. I had a few previous bookings still show GM last night, but this morning, everything's updated to PM, I can select my PM benefits, etc.
