I have now done two PS flights since it moved to EWR. The OPs have been embarrasingly bad. Never again.
First was this Monday EWR-SFO. 3h58m delay due to late incoming aircraft due to maintenance. They had hours to react but couldn't manage to swap the aircraft out of a major hub?
Then the next was today SFO-EWR. Looking at a 5+ hour delay due to late incoming aircraft that put the FO illegal as we were about to take off.
Both days were perfectly clear, all other flights having no issues.
What should I ask for compenstation? I paid $400+ to get to SFO early Monday, instead Monday was a complete waste.
