Before passing any judgement I think its best to know that there are always different sides to the story. I’m not going to say his behaviour was acceptable but you don’t know the back story proceeding up to when the video was filmed. Now a days every thinks that they’re the paps because they have a camera phone. I was in a similar situation at HKG before where the GA was not being helpful and wouldn’t book me on a flight to NYC on UA even though it hadn’t left the gate and the next CX flight going to NYC was 4 hours away. Basically I had to lose my temper before the GA acknowledged the situation. Some people who work at CX are just stubborn and refuse to be helpful; poor behaviour and a big fuss is the only way to get things moving. Outport GA’s are much more helpful and understanding.
