Issue - many hotels not available for redemption on line
I realized more and more hotels aren't available for redemption on line. i.e. Bali, Costa Rica and Prague , some showing a message to contact the hotel directly. This is bad, first very inconvenient to contact the hotel overseas, secondly not sure how many points are required for these hotels.
