I'm usually not the first one to jump in and suggest that you consult with a solicitor as I think informal advice can be useful, but mate you really need a solicitor. As for your plan to acquire EU citizenship, or otherwise return under Surinder Singh, please note that there are still mechanisms for you to be excluded... only a proper solicitor can really give you good advice on this.
