I see, but the first year was free anyway. They said you can keep it open for up to 180 days and they will still refund the fee in full if you close. So I will wait until next year to pick up another $300 in incidentals, etc.
If thats the case, I'll follow your lead. I lowered my CL a couple months ago and the AF posted on 9/30. I was hoping it would just disappear, but no such luck.
