I assume VI. There is a small town on east&west end. The large Weston resort(former Rock resort) on west end does not get good reviews on Starwood BB. other than that, most is national park. Good beaches, sailing and snorkling/diving all the way around, no people, bars, upscale restaurants,or places to buy much food. Bring food from St. Thomas.

Was last there 4 years ago on a sail charter. place is very much like BVI. Not at all like St. Thomas
