I'll say West Coast, with the Fairchild F-27 in 1958. Fairchild actually beat the Fokker F-27, from which it was derived, into service.

Spot on, WHBM! West Coast inaugurated F27 service on September 28, 1958 - nearly two months before the first Fokker built variant which entered service with Aer Lingus.
