Provided you don't leave the airport.

When you arrive you will be in the domestic arrival area. Turn right and keep walking towards the gate area A / B, you'll need to clear passport control. Take the escalator up to the first floor

The walk itself is probably 10-15 minutes.

Passport control and secondary security check is probably 30-45 minutes. There is a fast line you could use if you're flying Business Class ( one world emerald etc won't cut it) or if you are a diplomat. If you have any of these the check is 15 minutes.

If you leave the airport, all your bags will need to be screened at the entrance. This check established after DME airport got bombed a few years back. Its basically all of the former soviet republics going to every possible place you can imagine, with bags, strollers, children, grandmothers, etc the line is long and will add 30 more minutes to clear. I always underestimate this line that often goes out the door, and come very close to missing check bag deadlines.

Fortunately the good looking, charming, young, handsome, staff that work for DME airport assigned to LH Group seem to give me some leeway in this matter ,when flying Business, First or with HON. Next to the LH group counters is an oversized bag area and an elevator that leads straight down the tarmac, guarded by DME airport security staff. I've used this ( with permission ) to short check bags when I have cut it close, and my bags always make it.
