There is no terminal change at DEL as AI operates both International/Domestic from the same T3. If on a single ticket, your luggage will be tagged all the way through to MAA however you will have to re-check your bags on domestic side of T3..on the other way round, it would be tagged till SFO and you need not to get your bags for rechecking...either ways it should be a routine stress free connection and DEL T3 is a good airport to stroll around!
