SPG is treated as a purchase, but does
NOT give any points for CC loads. It can only be used to meet minimum spending - however, the T&Cs do state that loadable pre-paid cards don't count, so there is no telling how long that will continue.
And Yes, Fidelity Amex still gives 2%!
