I'm trying to manage my flybe booking, but when I enter the booking reference I just get:
PROBLEM OCCURRED
Unexpected error
The online booking system has encountered an unexpected error.
The booking is through a travel agent - would this cause problems? Or is this likely to just be a temporary glitch. Also if it's because it's a travel agent booking, how can I link it up to my avios account?
Any help would be much appreciated.
