while others herein post that missing stay credits and incorrect points posting is an ordinary occurence your post demonstrates that these are one offs (so thanks for posting and hopefully your future stays are w/o problems but some posters think their diminimus situations are the norm and demand compensation. what can I say but that's FT !!)
