I recently checked my account and found many errors in postings for my stays this year. I have been shorted a whopping 18 nights for the year, and shorted well over 24,000 points.

I found a big discrepancy when I reserved two rooms (one paid and the other points), whereas they only credited me the points but no elite nights for the PAID room. This happened to my twice.

A few other times I was not credited points for a paid room and the hotel listed it as a point redemption night.

And on one stay at a Renaissance I only was credited 250 points for a six night stay at a room rate of $325 per night!!

I spent over two hours on the phone with MARRIOTT Rewards and when I brought this point up at the conclusion of our conversation I wasn't offered any type of compensation for the headache.
