Your welcome. Discover is not monitoring L3 data for GC purchases,
period. That's not what L3's purpose is for and almost everyone's Discover transactions won't even generate L3 data to begin with. BUT yet you get Google/Wikipedia "Know it alls" who think one hour of research makes them more knowledgeable than people with first/second hand knowledge.
