The Palladium seemed to offer a type of lounge service whereby you had free drinks for a couple of hours at one of the bars - hopefully they'll adopt that policy. Still, the location is awesome, and the rates are excellent for the time being. I'll definitely try to push for an upgrade though as I have a 2-night weekend stay with the wife.

There's Happy Hour between 6-8pm on the 37th floor. I'll update this thread when I try Happy Hour tomorrow.

Happy Hour takes place on the 37th floor. An appetizer menu is provided with a few vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. A menu of drinks are available as well.
The view on the 37th floor (soon to be 38th floor for Platinum guests) is to die for. The ambience and the first class look is just amazing. For those on the fence about the St. Regis Mumbai, rest assured...the service and ambiance is top notch.
