Yikes! Had DH call to cancel AA Plat card due to annual fee. Closed right away..so fast that 'we' had to say..hold on - I need to make sure I really want to close this, due to my AA miles possibly expiring.
She said she backed the closure out and it is still open, but no hard pull right? And the 18 month clock is not reset?
