FYI OP, there is no harm in paying off the credit card that you used to buy the GCs with. It's a personal choice of some but then there are others like me that have been paying off the same credit card for a long time with no AA. So yes, you can buy with your SAP and then use your Redbird/BB/Serve to pay off your SAP. If you want to diversify, you can also pay ANY other bill you have. Mortgage, student loan, other CCs, etc but no reason to if you don't want to.
