The difference between this year and last year is that although they both show up as AA MISC SALE/ TAX/ FDALLAS, last year, it read Document Type: MISCELLANEOUS TAX(S)/FEE(S). This year it reads Document Type: MISC. CHARGE ORDER (MCO)/PREPAID TICKET AUTH and says Doing business as:
AMERICAN AIRLINES E TKT.
I'm not sure that the change to "PREPAID TICKET AUTH" is the flag that causes lack of reimbursement now. In March 2015, I got two $100 gift cards reimbursed. Both posted as:
AA MISC SALE/ TAX/ FDALLAS TX
Doing business as:
AMERICAN AIRLINES E TKT
Additional Information: AMERICAN AIRLINES
Document Type: MISC. CHARGE ORDER (MCO)/PREPAID TICKET AUTH.
