Same for me at AMS last night. They announced the new boarding process 10 mins before boarding started (i.e. when hardly anybody was there), but then opened the gates just before the old tape started playing. It was a complete free for all, and nothing was being enforced... Oh, except yellow tags, which were being attached liberally (e.g. in spite of me being in row 1
