I think that is key -- most SLC agents work from home. TPA too.
Will HNL and DTW really just be able to work from home and is rent just that so expensive (especially in Michigan!!) that UA sees no advantage to having a cell center with colleagues and supervisors within easy speaking distance?
Home agents send electronic messages, like SMSs, to their colleagues -- seems a more arduous task for many of the older ones who are not so nimble on a keyboard.
As long as the same HNL agents stay, I'll be happy. The CO SLC team is still best, whether working form home or in an office.
