Oops. I should have said there was no mention of bronze. Also, I overheard the despatcher say that a couple was complaining because there was no priority boarding for them and they thought they were booked in business class as they had a connecting flight. I suppose if you don't know better then you might well miss out on the lounge as well as priority boarding and also be disappointed by the lack of a "business class" seat on your connecting flight. Unless you were told/knew otherwise would you be expected to know better?
