After 10 days, the app approved itself. On this particular CB that Citi pulled (EX), 9 hard pulls the past 6 months, 5 of them were 3 weeks ago, 1 of them being a Citi AA MC app.
I tried getting approved via chat twice in those 10 days of pending with no luck as both times the agents say they are being handled and locked by another department.
