I have CM flights booked MDE - PTY and PTY - MGA in october paid for with Mileage Plus Miles.
I have tried everything to request seating on the COPA site

- using the eticket number and the CM reservation number on the MP confirmation
but it keeps coming up with "We are unable to process your booking online"
Are there problems with the system at the moment?
I live in Australia and there is no local reservations numbers.
Is there a customer service email I can use?
