Why are reservations for my family members not showing up on my account?
I've recently booked several Southwest flights for my family.
I use gift cards for my flight, and points for my family. For some reason, my family member's flight is not showing up on my account. And now that I think of it, I may have past reservations for them that may not showing up! I'm basically changing our flight itinerary, and I need to make sure all prior reservations have been cancelled.
Why is this the case? The flights were booked from my account using my points. Is there any workaround for this problem?
