International Online Check-In Issue
I'm a platinum AAirpass AAdvantage member flying to Milan tomorrow on AA and have had a mileage upgrade waitlisted since April.
When I went to check-in 24 hours prior to departure it gave me an error saying I can't check-in because I'm traveling with an infant (which I'm not). When I called the platinum desk they said I'm getting this error because I'm waitlisted for an upgrade and need to check-in at the airport.
I've traveled extensively on AA and never had this issue. Has anyone else experienced this?
