Employee morale or employee service levels? While I see an uptick in FAs being lazy, I'm not sure I'd attribute that to employee morale. But rather the inherent desire for some to be lazy. AA's FAs are in a much more secure position job-wise than they have been in several years. There's no worry about lay-offs because of massive operating losses. There's no looming notion of bankruptcy. Which impacts the employees greatly. Were AA's FAs better off 5 years ago than they are today?
