Morale wasn't great ever since the Carty incident. It was never too good under Arpey but improved a bit post-bankruptcy and pre-merger with Horton, at least it seemed to with customer facing employees. Now it seems to be quite low though, far more than before. It also seems that management doesn't really care. This is reflected in the service received.
