Previously IC Bucharest just gave the suite without lounge access which was an upsell at checkin. Of interest is lounge access gives restaurant breakfast which is very good here
(My company rate includes b/f anyway so although a very nice lounge and evening drink/food offering I tend not to buy on a solo visit and in recognition of that I used to get discounted lounge access)
