Operational Upgrades (op up) - all about and "I got one" (consolidated)
I received an op-up on AA 361, DFW-DEN, a couple weeks ago, as a Plat on an S fare originally seated in 15D on a full 738. A gate agent escorted me to a nice aisle seat in F about 5 minutes before the boarding door closed.
