I signed up for that one. Local state tax gets added to the total (depending on the canadian state you choose.) Still, its less than half the price for continental europe, where I live. I mostly want the magazine, but Asia Miles seem to have lots of non-flight redemption opportunities so I can employ those miles for a hotel or something.
I've never been to the new world, but I expect I'll be able to change the delivery address later on.
