I cannot load online
Is there anyone encounter this problem? I cannot load my Serve(softcard) account online either by credit card or debit card for more than one week. Every time when I click "review" button after selecting which card to use and how much to load, the page turns to
"Technical Difficulties
Due to technical difficulties we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again.
We apologize for the inconvenience."
What is wrong with my account??? Until the beginning of July, I can always load my account online with credit/debit card $500 per day, $1500 per month without any problem.
