R is the fare class if you upgraded with your miles. It's a two-class plane and they call the front cabin Business First, or at least that's what Continental called it. I miss that calculator on the website too ... I figure that even United people don't understand the new elite system, so they dropped it. I did just notice on a res that way down at the bottom it gives me all the PQ numbers, but can't find that info before booking.
