Yes, suite upgrades here are a bit of a hit and miss. Think they only have junior suites, unless you can get the Presidential Suite! We were however upgraded to one of the junior suites last Thursday so they do occasionally happen. Had a very nice meal in the Marco Pierre White restaurant that night.
