Call me a pessimist but I have no hope in humanity for returning things that I have lost that is of value. Bose Headphones, Tablets, etc - I don't have a hope in hell.

However, I was VERY impressed with Air Canada a few months ago. I had landed in YEG and left my medication in the seat pocket in front of me. I got to the hotel and went. HOLY crow I am so screwed!!

I called the Lost and Found office and within 15 minutes I got a call back from Air Canada after I lodged the call. I explained how important the medication was to me and within 45 minutes the medication was in my hands. Air Canada sent a courier to pick up and deliver the medication to me. (free of charge too!)

Kudos due where kudos was due. Hats off to Air Canada for helping me a few months ago. While losing something of value sucks, not having medication is, in my case, potentially life threatening. So when I really needed AC to come through, they did. Hats off!
