I've found the opposite to be true, especially when on a PCAR res and not just grabbing from ES. I didn't get a single 300C in the '14 Model Year, but I've had 3 '15s since December.
Certainly station dependent. I also haven't seen any 300Cs in the past several months. Lots of regular 300s, but ES seems to be heavy on Sonatas, Altimas, Impalas these days.
