At the low-end, I find La Marca Prosecco to be a solid choice. It's usually in the $15 range here in NC but occasionally will drop down to $11 or $12.

More high-end, I really enjoyed The Peninsula Champagne that CX served at the The Wing Champagne Bar when I was there earlier this year (more than the Veuve).
