Good news! The LOD at this Target told me that this store will get EMV on June 3rd! These stickers were placed at each checkout. Now to test DEBIT AIDs, I hope these finally work! Lets hope they enforce all the service codes, including debit! Walmart did, but they don't for debit due to the lack of AIDs. Target RedCards have debit, and those ones will be chip only, so lets hope regular visa debit will work.
