If you don't agree with the terms of your employment, talk to your employer to have them adjusted or find employment elsewhere. If you do not have the qualifications to get employment elsewhere and bank on your Scandinavian "impossible to fire" perk, do your job and suck it up. Striking should be flat out forbidden, the impact to the entire society for the benefit of a handful is not justified.
