Do they still serve Lily O'Brien desserts in WT? Personally I think they're excellent, albeit quite small. A lot better than the unbranded stuff other airlines serve in Y anyway.
Leaving LHR, we did recently yes.
On the return flight however (from LAX) we got a generic cheesecake, which was better IMO.
