you know I am not totally inline with your assessment and that is based on staying her for over 25 years. I have seen a steady decline however it has gotten a tie bit better of late. Certainly the RC move to the pool deck was much appreciated by all. Food service continues to be an issue, oh for the days of the Colony, as a long time Diamond and known to the staff I still find upgrades less meaningful. And the new carpet is worst than the first time they changed it !!
Having said all that as long as Barbara and Mark are there All's Good!
