I have not stayed at this hotel but many other accor hotels in SH like pullman south Grand Mercure center etc.
I have had buffet in this Sofitel Hyland for once and I won't do it again because the buffet in Pullman South is much better than that in Sofitel Hyland.
Concerning the buffet in Accor hotels, the Sunday brunch in Soiftel Oriental SH is very good but expensive.398 RMB net for one person with wine and beer. If you want champagne you have to pay 200 RMB for one person extra. Good news is that children are free of charge. It's maybe the best buffet I've found in SH.
