This is cool, love the touch and the idea, let me take this one step further though.

Obviously they shouldn't/won't do this everyday, then it becomes like the pillow and water bottle and no one notices anymore.

Should they

A) pick a day of the week system wide and do it? pick a day of the month?
B) only do it on flights originating at hubs? or spoke to hub?

My question is, how do you keep doing this, while keeping it spontaneous/surprising so that customers value it and notice the touch?

EDIT: Just wanted to add, based on what these posts are usually about (I know nothing of Delta admittedly) I assumed this was gonna be something AWFUL lol
