You need to call them when you are there. And you need to grease the wheels. This is Asia. They offer a good service, but they hardly speak any English. We used both the Conrad Spa and Carnation and enjoyed both. It was nice having an in room service... do Conrad do room visits? They should do if they dont as we really felt it to be relaxing and the room views are as good (if not better) than the spa on the corner.
