exCPH ILR21AP

For reference on the ILR21AP promotion exCPH.

Travel from inbound transatlantic sector must commence no earlier than the first Sunday after departure of the outbound transatlantic sector
This allows positioning for your inbound TATL prior to the Sunday. You can therefore set off from HNL on Friday night arriving in PHX on Saturday morning, do PHX-JFK during Saturday, have a night in NYC on Saturday night and then do your TATL on Sunday.

Travel from last stopover must commence no later than midnight 12 months after departure from fare origin.
Stopovers not permitted on the fare component
An overnight connection of up to 24 hrs between flights is allowed though.

2 transfers allowed per region in each direction, so 2 in Europe and 2 in the US each way.
Permitted
27 Mar 15 through 12 Apr 15
22 Jun 15 through 31 Aug 15
22 Nov 15 through 30 Nov 15
23 Dec 15 through 02 Jan 16
19 Mar 16 through 03 Apr 16
01 Jul 16 through 31 Aug 16
19 Nov 16 through 26 Nov 16
24 Dec 16 through 31 Dec 16
on the outbound transatlantic sector.
Note that the travel dates have previously said on the first international sector. What this wording means is that you can do CPH-LON say on 22 December and do LHR-JFK on the 23 December being the first day of the allowed dates.

Also bear in mind that whilst BA release seats at T-355 days, AA only do so at T-330 days. So whilst the sale covers Easter 2016 (25-28 March) you can’t book anything including AA flights until we get to the end of April 2015.

Reservations for all sectors are required at least 21 days before departure
I can’t see a sale end date in the fare rules so can’t advise on that.

Ticket is non-refundable.
Changes - Charge EUR 300.00 for reissue/revalidation… the change fee applies per transaction-per person for adult and child
//Changes Before Outbound Departure//
1. When the first fare component is changed the itinerary must be re-priced using current fares in effect on the date the ticket is reissued the itinerary must meet all rule provisions of the newly ticketed fare i.e. advance reservations/ticketing deadline/minimum/maximum stay/booking classes/seasonality etc....

2. When there are no changes to the first fare component but other fare components are changed the itinerary must be re-priced using historical fares in effect on the previous ticketing date or using current fares in effect on the date the ticket is reissued-whichever is lower. The new itinerary must meet all the provisions of the newly ticketed fares.

//Changes After Departure//
The itinerary must be re-priced using historical fares in effect on the previous ticketing date. The new itinerary must meet all the rule provisions of the newly ticketed fares such that the recalculated fare could have been used for the new itinerary if purchased on the original ticket issue date.
Example prices (for December 2015):

HNL - kr.14,844 (£1,441)
LAX - kr.13,941 (£1,353)
SFO - kr.13,451 (£1,306)
LAS - kr.13,266 (£1,288)
ORD - kr.10,245 (£994)
JFK - kr.9,635 (£935)

Any booking made before 28 April will earn 210 TPs on BA1-4, whilst any booking made after this travel date will only earn 140 TPs. I suspect this may be your last chance to book an exEU with the babybus at the existing TP rates.

There is also a regular AY CPH-HEL service which you may be able to add in, so CPH-HEL-LHR/LCY-JFK- etc. CPH-HEL gets 40 TPs and the 80 TP rate for shorthaul+ would apply to HEL-LHR whether you got an AY or BA flight. I haven't had much luck including a HEL connection without the price shooting up though.
