MagsforMiles vs Points.com
I've redeemed AA points for magazine subscriptions in the past through the AA website via Points.com. All has been smooth going that route. I recently received a letter in the mail from MagsforMiles with a list of magazines and their point redemption values. Some titles that interest me are unavailable through the AA website/Points.com and only available via MagsforMiles. I've read reports of people being charged twice for MagsforMiles redemptions. Is this still happening with this company and is it safe to give them your AA Advantage number? I don't want MagsforMiles to "clean out" my miles. Do titles only available via MagsforMiles even appear on the AA website/Points.com?
