Actually, I think Amazon's has EMV already. Costco's probably won't until they officially move to Citi. Delta and Aviator Red/Silver are EMV but also not particularly relevant unless you pay for things in-flight or at the airport. Barclay's Apple card also has EMV but as far as I know the Apple Store still doesn't have EMV turned on (but Apple Pay does work as expected).
Sears has EMV on their card too.
Target's is supposedly within a month or two so that's probably the next one we'll see.
